Shipping Timelines
At The Bhamini, every piece is thoughtfully handcrafted and made to order. As a slow fashion brand, we focus on quality and craftsmanship rather than mass production.
Estimated dispatch and delivery time: 10–25 days from the date of order.
We appreciate your patience as we create your garment with care.
Customization
We are happy to offer minor customizations on most styles.
If you would like:
- Custom measurements
- Sleeve additions or modifications
- Length adjustments
- Other minor alterations
Please place your order and send us a WhatsApp message immediately with your order details and customization requirements. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
Return & Exchange Policy
As all our garments are made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges for reasons such as size, color preference, change of mind, or customization requests.
Damaged Products
In the rare event that you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
To process the claim, you must provide:
- An unboxing/opening video recorded from the moment the package is opened
- Clear photographs of the damage
Claims without an opening video may not be eligible for review.
Once verified, we will arrange an appropriate resolution.
